Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Text Della. By creating an account, starting a trial, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The Service

Text Della helps plan weeknight dinners, grocery lists, and recipe reminders based on the information you provide. Plans and messages are generated for convenience and may not fit every household, ingredient label, allergy, medical need, budget, store, or schedule.

You are responsible for reviewing recipes, ingredients, allergens, grocery items, food safety, and nutrition decisions before shopping, cooking, or serving food. Text Della does not provide medical, nutrition, dietetic, or emergency advice.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account and household information, keep your login secure, and promptly update your contact information. You may not share account access in a way that creates misuse or security risk. Text Della is intended for users in the United States and is not directed to children under 13.

Trial, Billing, and Cancellation

Text Della may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans. Pricing and trial details are shown in the service when you sign up or manage billing. If paid billing is enabled, subscription processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. You can cancel according to the instructions shown in your account or billing flow.

SMS and Email

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive automated meal-plan, grocery-list, recipe, account, and service texts from Text Della at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS is a core part of Text Della, so some features may not work after you opt out.

We may send transactional email about authentication, account activity, support, billing, and important service updates.

Your Content and Feedback

You keep ownership of household preferences, meal feedback, messages, and other information you submit. You give Text Della permission to use that information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use Text Della to violate someone else's rights.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Text Della, including features, pricing, plans, schedules, and generated content. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and Limits

Text Della is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text Della will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or substitute services.

Termination and Contact

You may stop using Text Della at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.
